We are a niche firm of solicitors dealing exclusively in debt collection, dispute resolution and litigation, with over 15 years experience. Our clients choose from our pre-legal, legal and enforcement services or as is more often the case all three.

Our pre-legal service includes suitably worded letters demanding payment, followed up with telephone contact with the debtor and in certain agreed circumstances personal visits. We do not let debts linger at our pre-legal stage.

We operate a 30-day pre-legal cycle. At the end of this process one of the following will have happened:

• The debt will have been collected
• An acceptable and agreed payment plan will be in place
• Alternative dispute resolution will have been recommended
• Proceedings will have been recommended
• The debt will have been written off by agreement

The enforcement of judgments can be the most difficult part of the debt recovery process. The quality of the work we have done up to this point will ensure that the chances of a successful recovery are good. We will manage the legal process and target the enforcement to create a payment situation quickly and cost effectively. We are experts in all aspects of enforcement including execution against goods, charging orders, attachments and individual and corporate insolvency.

We also offer ancillary services including tracing, process service and agency court work.

We are acutely aware of the pressure on all businesses to keep costs to a minimum. We therefore tailor our service and charges to suit our clients’ individual needs.
